We flew in from portugal on Reece’s birthday. There was no time to unpack as Reece was expecting a birthday cake. I popped to the shop to get the basics as you do when you’ve been away, but I also loaded up on lots of different chocolates. This is what I came up with.
275 g self-raisin flour
4 tbsp milk
1 tsp baking powder
225g caster sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Turn oven to 180°c, 350°F or gas mark 4.
Grease the giant cupcake mould.
Mix all ingredients, and add to the mould.
Bake the top for 30mins and the bottom for 40 mins.
When cooled, decorate with chocolate butter cream icing and every type of little chocolate you can find.
